We are innovating to the minor required count of operators in any given market and expanding the opportunity for meaningful, gainful employment with companies at the top of their game who use our products and services to make work meaningful and filled with purpose. A word from our CEO

The RBP Mindset

At RBP Consulting, we got our start in one of the most antiquated and boring industries out there: the Roofing industry. As a partner in a Roofing company, I noticed that working in that environment wasn’t fun; it was arduous! In 2016 we we started running Facebook ads for roofing companies everywhere, and I coined a saying that helped me sell the idea of producing more valuable content to boost ad performance:

“Everyone who has bought a roof would have rather bought a boat!”

It became this fun catchphrase that really caught on in the Roofing industry, and as we continued to get an influx of customers we learned that simply helping our customers get more leads didn’t mean that their work was more rewarding.. or that customers were any happier with their experience. A fun catchphrase had tricked people into thinking these things were true since we were early to this type of platform.

“You have to sell, until you learn to market” is the old saying, but we believe that you have to market until you learn to solve for the customer in your service.

We believe in a meritocracy, we do not choose our teammates or clients based on tenure or seniority. If someone works here and has the best idea in their 2nd month, the idea is judged on its merits not the position of the person.

There is no shortage of talent in this global economy, and we are thankful for that. There is also no shortage of opportunity either. We never want to align around a common goal with people we need to worry about doing the right thing.

 
Trust is earned

We believe that we have to earn our staff's trust, and they have to earn each other's trust. We have to earn our client's trust, and we want to deserve our vendor's and partner's trust. Trust has to be earned and respected - but so does our work. Trusted, but verified.
